Live event video: built for the pace of the conference floor.
We don't arrive, film, and disappear. We become part of your team for the duration of the event: shooting, editing, and delivering while everything else is still happening. One camera or a full crew: we scale the team to the event, and you keep one point of contact.
Conference & Congress Coverage
Full-service video production for multi-day conferences, medical congresses, and industry summits — keynotes, panels, interviews, and atmosphere: everything that makes an event worth remembering. We also run fireside chats and podcast recordings on location, with lighting, sound, and camera set up in a format ready for distribution, no studio required. We move fast between stages and know how to stay invisible while capturing everything that matters.
Booth Highlight Videos
High-end highlight films for exhibition booths and brand activations. We capture your booth experience (the product demos, the conversations, the atmosphere) and deliver a polished film that works as a standalone piece long after the event ends. Clients include Dubai Economy & Tourism, Cylus, and others.

On-location Delivery
Need content before tomorrow's keynote? We offer on-location editing with 24-hour turnaround as an add-on to your production: finished clips delivered while the event is still happening. Not every project needs it, but when yours does, we're built for it.
On AI
Not an AI studio. Not against AI either.
Both of those are fashionable positions right now. We're somewhere in the middle, and we'd rather just tell you where.
This site was built with AI's help, and so were a fair few of the words on it — including some of these. In the edit, AI cleans up audio we couldn't fix any other way, and it takes care of the first round of subtitles too — although we always find ourselves adjusting them as well. Now and then it builds a title or an animation we couldn't shoot in-camera. None of that is a secret. None of it replaces showing up and filming the thing.
We're not an AI studio. We're a small crew picking up a new tool and getting better at it — and we like it most when it earns its keep, somewhere a camera alone wouldn't have been enough.

The Radibor school teaches kids to read with Harry Potter. At the end of their film, there's a surprise — a small, AI-generated moment we simply couldn't have shot. It lasts a few seconds, and it's the kind of touch that makes a film feel made instead of delivered.

The reason our clients stay with us is that we show up, deliver a great product on time, and make your event feel easier instead of harder. Apparently that's rarer than it should be.
I'm Amit Edelman, based in Berlin. In twenty years behind the camera I've filmed news between Molotov cocktails, shot a feature film and documentaries for cinema, and handled camera control and color on multi-million-dollar TV productions. Along the way I've worn every hat there is: director, cinematographer, editor, and when the job needed it, sound.
These days my focus is live events: over a thousand clips delivered at medical congresses, tech summits, and brand events across Europe and beyond.
What I've learned is that the camera is only part of the job. Live events move fast, people are under pressure, and plans change while you're already rolling. You need to read the room, understand what the team actually needs, and stay calm enough to do your job properly while Godzilla stomps through the exhibition hall and steps on the water dispenser.
Some productions I wear all those hats at once. On others, I coordinate trusted colleagues to reach the same goal: a happy client and a product worthy of the effort. Either way, you get one point of contact: no handoffs, no dropped balls, no surprises.

Where are you based, and do you travel?
We're based in Berlin and travel constantly. We've filmed events in 18 countries across Europe and beyond. If your event has a location, we'll be there.
How fast can you deliver?
Standard delivery is within days of the event. If you need faster, we offer on-location editing with 24-hour turnaround: finished clips delivered while the event is still running.
What types of events do you cover?
Multi-day conferences, medical congresses, industry summits, exhibitions and brand events: anywhere from a single stage to a whole venue.
What kinds of videos do you make?
Event highlight films, daily recap clips, keynote and session coverage, speaker interviews, fireside chats and podcast recordings, booth videos and social-media cuts, plus brand films built from event footage.
Do you only cover large events?
Not at all. We scale the crew to the event. Small events and brand shoots often need just one cinematographer who shoots and edits; that’s how we filmed RavenDB and Waves Audio. Same standard, fewer people.
Do you bring your own crew and gear?
Yes, we arrive fully equipped: camera, sound, lighting and an edit setup. Crew size depends on the brief; most projects need one or two people, and when wider coverage is needed we bring in trusted colleagues we’ve worked with for years.
Do you also do photography?
Photography isn't our specialty. We'd rather tell you that than deliver something average. But after 20+ years in this business we know the best event photographers around, and we're happy to connect you with the right person for your event.
How early should we book?
Ideally 4–6 weeks before your event so we can plan coverage properly. That said, we've jumped in days before an event. Ask, and we'll tell you honestly if we can make it work.
